Hello Team Members!
We are very excited to have you join us as a Registered Team Member. Please see the PDF forms and required online forms to the to the right panel of this page. These are required to attend IAE 2013. The Gear and Equipment List will help you to prepare for your journey while have the products to keep you both safe and comfortable.
You will also be required to print, fill in and sign the Terms and Conditions and Medical Forms and bring the originals with you to Ushuaia, Argentina. A scanned copy of each will need to be emailed to heather@2041.com as well. Please make sure to make an appointment with your physician as soon as possible to allow for these forms to be completed and returned to 2041 by the due date given to you by the Expedition Coordinator.
Prior to departure you will receive both the Air and Land Manual as well as the On Board Manual which will help you prior and during your expedition.
