Expedition fee inclusions/exclusions

The 14-day International Antarctic Expedition, 28 February to 13 March 2013, begins in Ushuaia, Argentina.

The Expedition Fee includes:

Three nights pre-expedition hotel accommodation with breakfast
Transfers from the airport to the hotel
Welcome dinner in Ushuaia
Transfers from the hotel to the ship on embarkation day
Transfers from the ship to the airport on disembarkation day
Shipboard accommodation with daily housekeeping
All breakfasts, lunches and dinners on board throughout your voyage.
Coffee, tea and cocoa available around the clock
All shore landings per the daily program
Leadership throughout the voyage by our experienced Expedition Leader, including shore landings and other activities
Formal and informal presentations by our Expedition Team and guest speakers as scheduled
Photographic journal and HD film on a 2041 jump drive documenting the voyage including presentations by speakers and Robert Swan
A pair of waterproof expedition boots on loan for shore landings
Comprehensive pre-departure materials, including a map and informative Antarctic Reader.
All miscellaneous service taxes and port charges throughout the program
All luggage handling aboard ship

Not included in the Expedition Fee are:
