Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon
On 27th January, Robert Swan completed the Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon. This is Rob’s third marathon in the Last 100 Days. In addition to the Dubai Marathon, he has ran the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC, the Mumbai Marathon in India and the Dubai Marathon in the United Arab Emirates. Rob chose to run these marathons to raise funds and awareness to bring three veterans on his annual mission to Antarctica who have been injured while in the military. This year the chosen veterans include two men from the Wounded Warrior Project and one woman from the British Limbless Ex Service Men’s Association.
